Staff and recruitment
All staff working with young people complete background checks, safeguarding training and an induction with the academy welfare lead before working on court.
Supervision
Camps operate to published coach-to-player ratios with a named session lead and qualified first aid on site.
Collection
Players aged under 14 are released only to a parent or an authorised collector recorded on the registration.
Consent and data
Medical, photography and emergency-treatment consents are recorded per player and can be changed at any time in the Parent Portal. Data is stored only as long as needed for programme delivery.
Raising a concern
Concerns can be raised with any coach, or confidentially by email to the welfare lead at hello@hooplegends-demo.co.uk. All concerns are logged and responded to within one working day.
